...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST THURSDAY...
...WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED...

* WHAT...Lingering light to moderate snow occurring. Total
  accumulations of up to an inch are expected.

* WHERE...In South Carolina, Marlboro County. In North Carolina,
  Robeson County.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times from the snow. As temperatures drop further below
  freezing, ice will develop across all untreated roadways.
  Bridges and overpasses will be the 1st structures for ice to
  develop on. It`s highly recommended that motorists SLOW down and
  allow extra time to reach one`s destination.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
