* MAIN IMPACT: ACCUMULATING SNOW MAY MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT AT
  TIMES ESPECIALLY THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS: 2 TO 5 INCHES ARE EXPECTED BY THURSDAY MORNING.
  AREAS FROM BROWNSTOWN AND SEYMOUR EAST THROUGH NORTH VERNON MAY
  APPROACH 6 INCHES. 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED IN THE BLOOMINGTON
  AND COLUMBUS AREAS.

* TIMING: SNOW IS OVERSPREADING THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND WILL CONTINUE
  INTO EARLY THURSDAY.
