...SIGNIFICANT WINTER STORM TO AFFECT THE CENTRAL PLAINS...

.A winter storm is predicted to develop across the Central Plains
this weekend. The track of the storm and resultant impacts are
still somewhat uncertain. However, light to moderate snow is
likely and heavy snowfall is possible. Preparations for
significant snow and blowing snow should be undertaken.

  conditions. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches are
  possible.

* WHERE...Sheridan, Eastern Cherry and Western Cherry County.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Sunday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant reductions to visibility are
  possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Watch means there is potential for significant
snow, sleet or ice accumulations that may impact travel. Continue
to monitor the latest forecasts.

  southwest Nebraska and west central Nebraska.
