* TIMING...THROUGH THIS MORNING...POSSIBLY LINGERING INTO THE
  EARLY AFTERNOON.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 20S.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25
  MPH...INCREASING TO 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH LATE MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THIS
  MORNING. SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY BELOW
  ONE-HALF MILE AT TIMES...CAUSING EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
  CONDITIONS.
