.LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP TO THE SOUTH THIS MORNING THEN MOVE
NORTHEAST TODAY INTO TONIGHT. LIGHT PRECIPITATION WILL DEVELOP
FROM SOUTH TO NORTH ACROSS EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA THIS MORNING AND
CONTINUING INTO THE EARLY EVENING HOURS. WITH COLD AIR IN
PLACE...PRECIPITATION WILL FALL IN THE FORM OF MOSTLY SNOW OVER
AREAS NORTH OF HIGHWAY 264...WITH A MIXTURE OF RAIN...
SLEET...SNOW AND FREEZING RAIN POSSIBLE ELSEWHERE. ACCUMULATIONS
OF SNOW AND ICE ARE LIKELY...ESPECIALLY OVER NORTHERN AREAS AND
