MORNING FOR THE SOUTH WASHINGTON CASCADES ABOVE 3000 FEET...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PORTLAND HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL
WATCH ABOVE 3000 FEET...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING
THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW
REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM PST MONDAY.

* SNOW TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE AT TIMES THROUGH EARLY MONDAY.
  SNOWFALL RATES WILL LIKELY BE HIGHEST EARLY THIS MORNING...AND
  AGAIN TONIGHT INTO EARLY MONDAY.

* SNOW LEVEL...AROUND 2500 FEET TODAY...FALLING TO BELOW 1000
  FEET LATER SUNDAY NIGHT AND EARLY MONDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 7 INCHES BY MONDAY
  MORNING.

* SNOW IMPACTS...SNOW WILL COVER ROADS AND MAY MAKE DRIVING
  DIFFICULT.

* WIND CHILL TIMING...EAST WINDS WILL INCREASE MONDAY...WITH EAST
  WIND 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN
  MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING. DURING THAT TIME TEMPERATURES
  WILL BE FALLING TO NEAR ZERO IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

* WIND CHILLS...15 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY
