...STRONG WINDS AND VERY LOW WIND CHILLS...

.BITTER COLD AIR WILL PERSIST THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING ON STRONG
NORTHWEST WINDS. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH THROUGH THE
DAY...BUT TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN VERY COLD...THUS EVEN WITH
DIMINISHING WINDS...WINDS CHILLS WILL BE DANGEROUSLY LOW. THE SNOW
SHOWERS THAT EARLIER MOVED ACROSS THE REGION HAVE GENERALLY
ENDED. ONLY FLURRIES OR AN OCCASIONAL SNOW SHOWER IS EXPECTED
THROUGH THE DAY AT THIS TIME...WITH LITTLE ADDITIONAL
ACCUMULATION. IN AREAS WHERE SIGNIFICANT SNOW REMAINS ON THE
GROUND...THERE WILL BE BLOWING SNOW.
