This Hazardous Weather Outlook is the higher elevations of the
northern West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the
Internet for more information about the following hazards.

   Wind Chill Advisory.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Light snow is possible Monday night through Tuesday. Only an inch or
two snow accumulation is expected, but if confidence increases in
higher amounts or slick driving conditions, then winter weather
advisories may be needed.

Wind chills may drop to zero to ten degrees below zero Tuesday night
into Wednesday morning, and to ten to twenty degrees below zero
Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Wind chill advisories may be
needed.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.

Kentucky, southeast Ohio, portions of the western and northern West
Virginia lowlands, and much of the central and northern West Virginia
mountains.
