...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 445 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 445 AM EDT early this morning for
portions of east central Ohio, including the following area,
Jefferson OH, Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
Allegheny, Beaver and Washington, and the northern panhandle of West
Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke and Hancock.

The heavy rain has ended for all areas except in Allegheny County,
where a Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 715 AM EDT.
Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
