Thursday morning, surface winds will transition to northeast
offshore winds, bringing a drying and warming trend. Winds will be
strongest in the morning, and may shift to the south before
southwest in the afternoon. RHs will be low in the morning, and then
steadily increase through the day with decent overnight recoveries.

Sky/weather.........Sunny.
Temperature.........55 to 57 at ignition...Max 80 to 82.
RH..................10 to 15 percent at ignition, increasing to
                    30 to 40 percent in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds NE 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph at
                    ignition, becoming SSW 6 to 10 mph, with gusts
                    to 15 mph around 1400.
Mixing height.......2000 ft AGL at ignition, becoming 9000 ft
                    AGL in the afternoon.
