This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central North Carolina,
central Virginia and south central Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible this
afternoon into early this evening with spotty damaging winds and
large hail the primary threats.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

The combination of temperatures in the mid to upper 90s along with
high dewpoints will lead to heat index values of 100-105 degrees
Saturday, and possibly Sunday afternoon.

Thunderstorms are expected Saturday and Sunday afternoon and
evening, some of which could be strong to severe with large hail and
damaging wind gusts.
