This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central North Carolina,
northwest North Carolina, central Virginia, south central Virginia,
southwest Virginia, west central Virginia and southeast West
Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A few strong to severe thunderstorms are possible today. The
strongest storms may produce gusty winds. Heavy rainfall and cloud
to ground lightning will also be possible in any thunderstorm.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

A slow moving cold front will bring a period of showers and embedded
thunderstorms Sunday afternoon into Monday. Additional rainfall from
the front may trigger localized flooding.
