The Bismarck Doppler radar, KBIS has gone offline. The return to
service time is unknown. Surrounding radars that can be used in
the meantime are KMBX near Minot, KMVX at Mayville, KABR at
Aberdeen, South Dakota, KUDX near Rapid City, South Dakota, and
KGGW at Glasgow, Montana.
