.DISCUSSION...
Areas of morning clouds and locally dense fog will occur
throughout the valleys of Central Pennsylvania and the
Susquehanna region.

Afterward, a weak ridge of high pressure at the surface
and aloft will build east into the District, bringing
clearing and dry conditions for the midday and afternoon
hours today.

MinRH drops to 25-35% during the afternoon hours today
and Thursday. Westerly winds will likely gust into the mid
teens (mph) on Thursday.
