.DISCUSSION...

Clouds have dissipated, and clear skies are expected for the
remainder of today. After a forecast update, winds should
primarily be out of the west, but it seems that the local terrain
within the river valley may be causing some slight up-valley
winds, which is turning the surface winds towards the southwest.
Winds should remain out of the west to southwest throughout the
rest of the afternoon, becoming more westerly this evening.
