...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 8 AM CDT
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 expected.

* WHERE...Price, Ashland, Bayfield, Douglas, Iron, Sawyer, and
  Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the
  northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the Red Cliff Band,
  the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation and the Bad River Reservation.
  Recreation spots such as the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore
  and Madeline Island.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 8 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Pine, Carlton and South St. Louis, Central
  St. Louis, and Northern Cook and Lake Counties. In Wisconsin,
  Burnett County. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac
  Band, the St. Croix Band in Burnett County, the Bois Forte Band,
  Lake Vermilion area and the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckley and, Lena
  Lake areas. This also includes the Boundary Waters eastern and
  central area.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 8 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
