As these storms move east, they are expected to bring strong wind gusts, a very low risk for a tornado, and locally heavy rainfall. The storm prediction center is forecasting a marginal, level 1 of 5, risk for severe storms in areas southwest of Fairfield Iowa to Macomb Illinois late Monday night, and on Tuesday, that same level risk over much of Illinois. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
