Dry weather continues today, with only a low chance for late afternoon storms across the Rio Grande plains on Wednesday. Rain chances for the Hill Country, most of the I-35 corridor and coastal plains will be on the increase Thursday afternoon and evening. Some severe storms and locally heavy rainfall are possible across these areas. Another low chance for rain will remain in the forecast on Friday, mainly from the I-35 corridor and eastward. Dry conditions and warming temperatures in the 90s and triple digits are expected this weekend into early next week.
