.DISCUSSION...Breezy southwest winds and a few degrees of cooling
are expected today as a weather disturbance moves through Utah. Winds
become northwest and northeast tonight and Thursday morning..then
becoming southwest in the afternoon with some warming.

*Long Range Outlook: A warming and drying trend persists for Friday and
Saturday. Southwest to westerly winds remain breezy, 15 to 25 MPH, each
afternoon, becoming strong with gusts of 40 to 50 MPH possible on Sunday.
