Oahu Windward Waters... * Until 415 AM HST. * At 219 AM HST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 7 nm east of Mokulua Islands to 13 nm east of FAD Buoy MM. The severe thunderstorms were nearly stationary. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar.
