.DISCUSSION...

High pressure and dry conditions will continue through Thursday.
Patchy to areas of fog will lift by mid morning with partly cloudy
sunny skies and southerly winds 8-12 mph increasing to 10-15 mph
with gusts to 20 mph as the Atlantic seabreeze moves in over the
site in the early afternoon. Dispersions will be in the fair range.
Southerly winds tonight will diminish to 5-10 mph with increasing
clouds after midnight. Thursday, winds will be southerly 5-10 mph
and then turn southeasterly in the afternoon with skies becoming
mostly sunny. Dispersions in the fair range again.
