* Special Marine Warning for...
  Atchafalaya and East Cote Blanche Bays...
  Coastal waters from Intracoastal City to Cameron LA out 20 NM...
  Coastal waters from Lower Atchafalaya River to Intracoastal City LA
  out 20 NM...
  Vermilion and West Cote Blanche Bays...

* Until 830 AM CDT.

* At 723 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 8 nm north of
  Vermilion Bay to 6 nm southeast of White Lake, moving east at 30
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  South Marsh Island 217, Marsh Island, Vermilion 31, South Marsh
  Island 236, Vermilion Bay, West Cote Blanche Bay, and Vermilion 26.
