For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A trough will develop across the lake tonight as low pressure
29.50 inches deepens and moves north into the mid Mississippi
Valley. The low will move northeast on Thursday to near the
western end of Lake Erie by evening and to Georgian Bay by Friday
morning. A trough will linger over the lake into Friday. A ridge
of high pressure 30.00 inches will build across the lake on
Saturday and weak low pressure 29.70 inches will cross the lake on
Sunday and be followed by weak high pressure on Monday.

building to 4 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
