...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN MONROE COUNTY
THROUGH 345 PM CDT...

At 310 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Kolola Springs, or 10 miles north of Columbus, moving north at 15
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
New Hamilton and Strong.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
