THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

.RIP CURRENT IMPACT...
A Moderate Risk of life-threatening rip currents continues at all
central Florida Atlantic beaches. Always swim near a lifeguard
and never swim alone.

.FIRE WEATHER IMPACT...
This afternoon, east to southeast winds will increase to around
15 mph with occasional gusts to around 20 to 25 mph. Combined
with relative humidity readings as low as 40% west of a line from
Orlando to Okeechobee, there is at least a low risk of fire-
sensitive weather conditions well inland.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.
A High Risk for dangerous rip currents is expected on Wednesday
at Atlantic beaches of East Central Florida.

On Thursday, a cold front will approach the state from the west.
As it does, windy conditions are forecast with gusts to around 35
to 40 mph possible in the afternoon. Near-record early-season hot
temperatures in the lower 90s southeast of Greater Orlando will
introduce at least a low risk of heat illness, particularly for
children, the elderly, and those with compromised health. In
addition, fire weather conditions could become sensitive on
Thursday afternoon generally southeast of Orlando.

Scattered to numerous showers and isolated lightning storms are
then expected by Thursday evening as the front arrives. A few
storms could contain gusty winds to 55 mph along with brief
torrential rain.

Boating conditions will become hazardous by late Wednesday into
Thursday. Gale-force wind gusts may be attained by Thursday ahead
of the cold front out in the Gulf Stream.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will not be needed today and tonight.
