* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15
  to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 1 to 4 ft expected.
  For the Gale Warning, southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts
  up to 35 kt and seas 1 to 4 ft expected. For the second Small
  Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to
  25 kt and seas 1 to 3 ft expected.

* WHERE...Northern Mobile Bay, Southern Mobile Bay and
  Mississippi Sound.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this
  evening to 4 PM CDT Wednesday. For the Gale Warning, from 4 PM
  Wednesday to 1 PM CDT Thursday. For the second Small Craft
  Advisory, from 1 PM to 7 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
