Light winds this afternoon will limit the mixing potential, but RH
values are still expected to drop below 40% this afternoon. Gusty
southeast winds develop Monday, with gusts over 40 mph possible
across western MN during he afternoon. However increasing
moisture flow into the area will keep RH values from dropping
below 40%. Showers & thunderstorms are expected Monday night into
Tuesday morning with rainfall amounts between 0.5-1" likely.
