...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Marine layer stratus and fog continue to develop this afternoon with
additional development tonight and early Friday morning. Night and
morning marine layer stratus and fog will continue into the weekend
along with patchy coastal drizzle. It`ll continue clear to mainly
clear inland and stratus and fog will mix out to near the coastline
each day. Expect cooler marine air to prevail along the coast while
inland diurnal temperature ranges will stay nearly steady over the
weekend with an eventual cooling trend also reaching inland by next
Tuesday.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Dry weather with above normal temperatures across the interior will
continue through early next week. Light and terrain driven winds are
expected again today. Daytime RH`s values from 20%-40% today and
persist through the weekend, with moderate humidity recoveries. A
weak front will bring a push in low level moisture and a slight
chance of light rain and drizzle to Del Norte and northern Humboldt
counties, primarily during the afternoon on Saturday. Breezy
northerly winds are expected along the coast behind the front this
weekend, with gusty west- northwest winds through channeled terrain
in the interior.
