.DISCUSSION...
High mixing heights and light SW transport winds will allow for
fair dispersion today as a weak high pressure system pushes east
of the region. Better mixing and stronger transport winds out of
the south on Thursday will support very good dispersion as a cold
front begins to approach from the west. The next chance of a
wetting rain holds off until Thursday evening for most of the
region and continues into Friday.
