...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN FULTON AND SOUTHEASTERN
NEW MADRID COUNTIES THROUGH 700 AM CDT...
At 632 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
New Madrid, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
New Madrid, Lilbourn, Hunter-Dawson State Historic Site, Marston,
Howardville, and Boundurant.
This includes Interstate 55 between Mile Markers 40 and 48.
