...The Flood Watch continues for the following rivers in Ohio...

  Wills Creek At Cambridge affecting Guernsey County.

.An intense storm system moving through the Ohio River Valley is
expected to bring widespread moderate rainfall to eastern Ohio. The
resultant runoff will create large rises on area streams and creeks,
especially Wills Creek at Cambridge. Wills creek at Cambridge has
the potential to rise above flood stage as soon as  afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you are in the watch area, remain alert to possible flooding.

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY MORNING TO SUNDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding is possible.

* WHERE...Wills Creek at Cambridge.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning to Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Overflowing of poor drainage and low lying
  areas will result in minor flooding along wills creek.
  At 16.0 feet, Basement flooding begins through floor drains and
  other sewer connections. Local interruptions in sanitary service
  may occur along Gordon`s Run from 3rd Street to 6th Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 8.1 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
