...HEAVY RAIN AND FLOODING EXPECTED THIS WEEK...

SEVERAL ROUNDS OF RAINFALL WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH
SATURDAY. THIS WILL RESULT IN STORM TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS
RANGING FROM TWO TO SEVEN INCHES ACROSS EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN
KANSAS AND THE MISSOURI OZARKS.

THE HEAVIEST RAIN IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR OVER FAR SOUTHERN
AND SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. LESSER AMOUNTS
ARE EXPECTED OVER SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS.

FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS, CREEKS, AND RIVERS WILL BECOME LIKELY
BY LATE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
