...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 AM CDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN MARIES...CENTRAL MORGAN AND NORTHERN MILLER COUNTIES...

AT 517 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN HAVE MOVED SOUTHEAST OF THE WARNED AREA. UP TO THREE
INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL
MOVE ACROSS THE WARNED AREA THROUGH 7 AM. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED
TO OCCUR.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE IN
THE WARNED AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS
SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY
AUTOMOBILE.

TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.
