  MCDONALD COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...
  NEWTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...
  VERNON COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...

* UNTIL 1000 AM CDT.

* AT 429 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. RADAR
  ESTIMATES THAT ONE TO TWO AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
  ALONG THE INTERSTATE 49 CORRIDOR SINCE LATE SATURDAY EVENING.
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF A QUARTER TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN
  INCH ARE EXPECTED INTO EARLY THIS MORNING. THIS WILL LIKELY
  RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING OF CREEKS AND LOW LYING AREAS. PORTIONS
  OF THE ADVISORY AREA MAY NEED TO BE UPGRADED TO A FLASH FLOOD
  WARNING IF HEAVIER RAINFALL MATERIALIZES.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING.

OF WATER IN URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
