SOUTHWESTERN SHANNON AND NORTHERN OREGON COUNTIES...

AT 846 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THE COMPLEX OF THUNDERSTORMS
THAT PRODUCED 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE AREA
HAS WEAKENED. ALTHOUGH HEAVY RAINFALL HAS COME TO AN END...SOME
RESIDUAL FLOODING MAY STILL BE POSSIBLE.

CREEKS...STREAMS...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE DANGERS OF FLOODING.

A FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS RIVER OR STREAM FLOWS ARE ELEVATED...OR
PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.
IT TAKES ONLY A FEW INCHES OF SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES
AWAY.

TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
