.DISCUSSION...

Windy conditions will occur this morning. Winds will slightly
weakening this afternoon but remaining breezy into Tuesday
ahead of an approaching cold front.

Scattered showers and a few storms will occur at times from
this morning into tonight. Then more wide spread rainfall
will develop Tuesday and Tuesday night and could lead to a
risk for flooding. Colder air will move in behind the front
and could bring some freezing rain to the area Tuesday
evening into Wednesday night.

Additional rain chances are then possible late week into the
weekend.
