WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH WEDNESDAY.  RAIN
CHANCES INCREASE AGAIN BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT OR THURSDAY...AS AN
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE APPROACHES FROM THE WEST.
