TEMPERATURES WILL WARM INTO THE 60S ON WEDNESDAY AS SOUTHERLY WINDS INCREASE
AND GUST ABOVE 30 MPH AT TIMES.  AFTERNOON HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL DROP INTO THE
