.DISCUSSION...

Rain is currently spreading northeast into southeastern Kansas and
southern Missouri early this morning. This precipitation will continue
to spread northeast this morning. Snow will briefly occur across mainly
central Missouri early this morning, but will quickly mixing with and or
change over to rain as warmer temperatures spread into the area this morning.

Warmer conditions will spread into the area on Sunday as gusty
southerly winds and dry conditions occur through the afternoon
hours. Sunday night into Monday scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorm will be possible possible. A front will then sag into
the area mid week bringing better widespread rain chances.
