Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southeast Kansas and Southwest and Central Missouri
National Weather Service Springfield MO
211 PM CST Sat Dec 16 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Low pressure will move into the region today, which
will result in southerly winds increasing and becoming
gusty during the day. A warmer and dry air mass will also
be in place across the area leading to increase fire concern.

Moisture and chances for rain will spread north into the
area tonight and Sunday morning. High pressure will build back
into the region by Tuesday and Wednesday.
