Breezy winds will return this afternoon as low pressure develops
across the Central Plains. Clouds will slowly decrease from
southwest to northeast this afternoon.

A mostly dry cold front will push across the region on Friday.
Cooler conditions will spread into the area behind the front
for this weekend. Gusty westerly winds will occur on Friday
with gust over 30 mph expected.
