Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR Missouri
National Weather Service Springfield MO
146 PM CST Mon Feb 20 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Scattered light showers and possibly an isolated thunderstorm
will develop this afternoon as an upper level disturbance moves
across the region. Dry weather will return Tuesday through
Thursday with a continuation of unseasonably warm temperatures. A
mostly dry cold front will push across the region on Friday.
Elevated fire weather conditions are expected to develop over
southeast Kansas and western Missouri Wednesday and again Friday.
Will have to monitor trends for possible locally significant fire
weather conditions to potentially develop Wednesday afternoon
with breezy winds and low humidity values.
