.DISCUSSION...

Very warm conditions will occur today as highs warm into the middle 80s.
Winds will be out of the southwest this morning of 10 to 15 mph with
gust up to 20 mph. This afternoon winds will become lighter and swing
from southwest to west tp northwest then to the north. Afternoon mid RH
values are expected to fall to 35 to 40 percent.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (25-35 percent).
TEMPERATURE.........71 at ignition...Max 85.
RH..................66 percent at ignition...Min 39 percent.
WIND SHIFT..........
WIND (20 FT)........Winds southwest at 10 mph at
                    ignition...otherwise West winds 5 to 10 mph in
                    the morning and early afternoon becoming light,
                    then becoming north around 5 mph late in the
                    afternoon.
MIXING HEIGHT.......1200 ft AGL at ignition...otherwise 300-1700 ft
                    AGL increasing to 2300-4000 ft AGL in the late
                    morning and afternoon.
TRANSPORT WINDS.....West 12 to 21 mph shifting to the southwest 6
                    to 8 mph late in the afternoon.
