DRY AIRMASS REMAINS IN PLACE THIS MORNING AS VERY LITTLE IN THE
WAY OF RELATIVE HUMIDITY RECOVERY HAS BEEN OBSERVED EARLY THIS
MORNING. A GRADUAL INCREASE IN MOISTURE IS EXPECTED TODAY...WHICH
WILL PREVENT RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES FROM DROPPING BELOW 30
PERCENT. SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL REMAIN GUSTY AHEAD OF AN INCOMING
COLD FRONT. THIS FRONT WILL STALL OVER SOUTHERN MISSOURI TONIGHT
AND BE THE FOCUS FOR ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
STORMS FROM LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY.
