.DISCUSSION...

Breezy winds will return this afternoon as low pressure develops
across the Central Plains. Clouds will increase some this morning
then clear from southwest to northeast this afternoon. Dense fog
will also occur early this morning. Fog will then dissipate by mid
morning.

A mostly dry cold front will push across the region on Friday.
Cooler conditions will spread into the area behind the front
for this weekend.

                    fog early in the morning, then patchy dense fog
                    early in the morning.
