This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited Non thunderstorm wind risk.
  Elevate to Locally Significant Fire weather risk.

DISCUSSION...

 Westerly to northwesterly winds will gust up to around 30 mph as
 a cold front moves across the region.

 These gusty winds combined with low humidities and dry fuels
 will lead to an elevated to locally significant fire weather
 risk.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

  An elevated fire weather risk will occur at times through the
  week with Saturday having the most critical fire weather
  conditions.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
