Weather hazards expected...

  Elevated Excessive cold risk.

DISCUSSION...

  Wind chills ranging from -10 to 5 degrees will continue through
  mid morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

  Thunderstorms are expected Sunday as a spring like storm system
  approaches from the west. A few of these storms could become
  severe.
