            NWS STORM SURVEY CONCLUDED THAT A EF1 TORNADO WITH A
            ESTIMATED MAXIMUM WIND SPEED OF 94 MPH TOUCHED DOWN 3
            MILES NW OF WARSAW. IT HAD A PATH WIDTH OF 1/4 TO 1/2
            MILE WIDE AND WAS ON THE GROUND FOR 3.25 MILES. NUMEROUS
            TREES WERE UPROOTED ALONG THE PATH. A METAL BUILDING WAS
            DAMAGED. A BOAT DOCK WAS FLIPPED WITH 7 BOATS SUNK AT THE
            DOCK. A FIREWORKS TENT WAS BLOWN OVER. BEGIN POINT AT
            38.2844N/-93.4278W AND END POINT AT 38.2431N/-93.3966W
