The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect until 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* TIMING... Now through 3 pm Today.

* WINDS...Gusty southwest winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45
  mph will develop across southeast Kansas and southwest Missouri.

* IMPACTS...Winds this strong can make driving difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.
