ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 9 AM CDT WEDNESDAY.

* SHORT TERM TRENDS...TEMPERATURES WILL BOTTOM OUT IN THE MIDDLE
  AND UPPER 20S AROUND SUNRISE RESULTING IN A HARD FREEZE AND
  AREAS OF FROST.

* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...FREEZE WARNING ACROSS THE MISSOURI
  OZARKS AND SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING.

  FROST ADVISORY FOR SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI GENERALLY SOUTHEAST OF
  A SPRINGFIELD TO ROLLA LINE LATE TONIGHT.

* TEMPERATURE...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE MIDDLE AND UPPER
  20S THIS MORNING...AND INTO THE LOWER 30S TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...SENSITIVE OUTDOOR PLANTS AND VEGETATION MAY BE DAMAGED
  OR KILLED IF LEFT UNPROTECTED OR NOT BROUGHT INDOORS.
