...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* SHORT TERM TRENDS...TEMPERATURES HAD DROPPED INTO THE UPPER 20S
  TO THE LOWER 30S ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA AS OF THE EARLY
  OVERNIGHT HOURS. LOWS WILL CONTINUE TO FALL INTO THE LOWER TO
  MIDDLE 20S WITH SEVERAL HOURS OF TEMPERATURES BELOW THE FREEZING
  MARK THROUGH THE REMINDER OF THE OVERNIGHT HOURS INTO EARLY THIS
  MORNING.

* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...A HARD FREEZE AND AREAS OF FROST ARE
  EXPECTED ACROSS ALL OF THE MISSOURI OZARKS AND SOUTHEASTERN
  KANSAS THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING.

* TEMPERATURE...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE LOWER AND MIDDLE
  20S.

* IMPACTS...SENSITIVE OUTDOOR PLANTS AND VEGETATION MAY BE
  DAMAGED OR KILLED IF LEFT UNPROTECTED OR NOT BROUGHT INDOORS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WARNING MEANS SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE HIGHLY
LIKELY. THESE CONDITIONS WILL KILL CROPS AND OTHER SENSITIVE
VEGETATION.
